    Making A Purchase

    Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

    We accept credit and debit card payment such as Visa, MasterCard & Maestro.

    We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and snail mail or over the Internet.

    When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

    Shipping And Handling

    All orders for machines are subject to a Postage and Packaging charge of £8.95. Blades and accessories a free to ship. On orders received before 3pm, this service will usually result in the delivery of parcels next business day but may take 3 days in some areas.

    Shipping charge applies to UK Mainland only. If you reside outside UK Mainland and require goods shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

    Delivery Schedule

    We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days. However, please allow up to and including 14 days for delivery. A valid signature will be required on delivery. Immediately prior to despatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received all goods within 21 days of the date of delivery, you must notify us immediately.

    VAT

    All UK orders include VAT at 20% (Subject to changes in taxation).

    Credit Card Security

    When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

    Evolution Power Tools Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

    Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.     Cancellation & Returns Policy

    You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 day of the date of delivery. Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

    On cancellation you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect to the faulty item.
